Back in July I was back at Royal Sonesta Chicago Riverfront Hotel, for the first time after two years to photograph wedding for Lauren and Nick. Interestingly enough, it was almost 2 years to date since I have photographed my first wedding here for Francesca and Jeff. To make things even more interesting, while taking creative photos who did I ran into? Well, yes… Francesca and Jeff, they were there for their 2 year anniversary night.
I met Lauren and Nick few months before their wedding at my studio, and quickly realized, I would be a really good fit to capture the entire day for them. They seemed to really like my style, and our personalities were a match, so few short days later, they told me that they would have me capture their magical day. Everything started off with a lot of rain in the morning, that cleared out by the time of the ceremony, that was help on an amazing penthouse rooftop of Wyndham Hotel. The views from there are simply magical. The historic Wrigley Building provides the most amazing backdrop for any occasion. A well known terrace is an amazing place to get some night photos of the Chicago. I just love being here, and later in the year, I had photographed two more amazing wedding at Royal Sonesta Chicago Riverfront, that I will share with everyone very soon.
